Cancellation FAQs
When will you offer refunds?
We will be offering refunds to all ticket purchasers (excluding any Booking Fee or Charity Donation). You should receive the face value of your purchase back into your original bank account on or before 13 May. If you haven’t received the refund by this date, please contact us on tickets@larmertreefestival.co.uk
Can I get a refund on Boutique Camping?

Can I forward my ticket to 2021, rather than having a refund?
As the festival is being cancelled rather than postponed, we can only offer a refund of tickets/extras.
