Refunds Update

Dear Larmers,

We have now fully refunded all ticket buyers following the cancellation of Larmer Tree Festival’s 30th anniversary due to Covid-19.

You will have received the price of tickets, vehicle passes and programmes, but NOT the booking fee or charitable donations per our T&Cs.

All your donations have been sent through to our nominated organisations Hazel Hill Wood, More Bees Please! and The Rose Gale Trust.

Refunds have been made to the card you bought the tickets on, or to PayPal if you used your PayPal balance.

We are now running a skeleton team under very difficult circumstances. We’d be very grateful if you would check your card statements and PayPal account carefully before emailing us about not having received a refund.
