Refunds Information
We will be issuing full refunds of the face value of tickets, vehicle passes and programmes. Booking fees and charitable donations will not be refunded, per our T&Cs. The charity donations will be sent to our nominated organisations: Hazel Hill Wood, More Bees Please! and The Rose Gale Trust.
You don't need to do anything. We will be in touch if we need any additional information. You can expect to see the money back in your bank account within 28 days (13 May). If the money hasn't appeared in the account you used to make the order within this time please email: tickets@larmertreefestival.co.uk
Please note, we can only refund to the account used in the original order. If you have privately sold on your tickets, you will need to arrange any financial adjustments yourself.
If you’ve booked any Boutique Camping, Hot Tubs or Shuttle Bus tickets please contact the supplier directly. You can find their contact information here.
We’d again like to say a special thank you to everyone for their continued support and kind words. We hope you and your family are getting through these difficult times and are able to keep the Larmer Tree spirit alive at home.
