Where and how do I buy tickets?

Tickets can only be bought via our website.

I’ve ordered my ticket, but haven’t received it yet?

E-tickets won’t be sent out until nearer the Festival, but you should have received a confirmation email at time of booking. Please check your spam/junk email folder.

Can I cancel, return or get a refund on my ticket?

No. We have a strict no refund policy.  We recommend you try to pass on to a friend or family member. Larmer Tree Festival do not hold a waiting list.

Can I come for a day?

Yes! Our Friday, Saturday and Sunday Day Tickets will be going on sale in 2019. Ticket price includes overnight camping for the specified day.

Do I need a separate ticket to camp?

No, camping in a tent is included in the ticket price, but you will need a pass for any vehicle you are arriving in. If you want to stay in a live-in vehicle you will need to purchase a Van pass.

Do I need to exchange my ticket for a wristband?

Yes. This will happen on site where your e-ticket will be scanned and exchanged at our Wristband Exchange. The wristbands are not interchangeable and should be kept on until after the Festival. No wristband means no entry.

Does my baby need a ticket?

Yes!  Any child between 0 – 10 is free but they still need a ticket.

What time can I arrive?

Weekend Ticket holders can access the campsite from 1pm on Thursday 18th July. The Village will open at 3pm. You can arrive from 9am Friday – Sunday, latest arrivals at 10pm each night.

When do I have to leave?

We ask Weekend Ticket holders to have left the campsite by midday on Monday 22nd. And Day ticket holders to have left by 11am the morning after.

Can I have a BBQ?

We don’t allow any open fires, naked flames, disposable BBQs or Chinese lanterns on the campsite or in the Festival site. If your BBQ is either gas or charcoal, you can grill away!

Can I bring a chair?

Safety regulations and lack of space mean chairs and tables aren’t allowed in the Festival site (older people and disabled people can contact the Festival office in advance for to organise bringing chairs).

Are there any power points available for live-in vehicles?

No.

Can I put up a tent next to my motorhome?

Generally no, we have separate fields for tents and live-in vehicles. We do allow a small tent to be pitched next to a caravan, but not a big family group.

How do I get to the Festival?

We are coming as a family, is there a camping area for us?

Yes! We have a family area and a quiet camping area. Please ask the stewards to direct you there on arrival; there is no need to pre-book.

If I have a disability is this event suitable for me?

Yes! We have a dedicated camping and parking area for anyone who is registered disabled, and offer free Personal Assistant tickets.  Please see our dedicated Accessibility page

I don’t have a tent, can I hire one?

Yes!  Please see our Boutique Camping page for more details. 

Can I bring my pet?

No animals (except assistance dogs) will be allowed at the Festival site/campsite. Please see our Accessibility page for further info.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol to enjoy in our camping areas, but you won’t be able to bring this into the festival site itself. Remember, we have a strict no glass policy across the whole site.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, but do look at our Food and Drink page to see all the delicious food stalls we have this year. Details will be released in the new year.

Can I get cash out at the Festival?

Yes, we will have cash machines available. A transaction fee will be charged.

Is there any lock up service for valuables?

Yes, the Larmer Lock up can be found by the Wristband Exchange for all your valuables. You can also get your phone charged! We welcome donations to British Friends of the Earth in exchange for this service.

Can I charge my phone?

Yes, you can get your phone charged at the Larmer Lock up. Again, donation to British Friends of the Earth are welcomed.

Drugs

We are not cool with illegal drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide. The Festival reserves the right to search ticket holders if there is cause for suspicion.
