THE BIG MOON
London-based indie rock four-piece, The Big Moon, take their lead from the grunge and Brit-Pop groups of the 90s and give it a new life. Formed in 2014, following vocalist and songwriter Juliette Jackson's decision that a career in waitressing wasn't one she was prepared to commit to, they are definitely destined for big things.
Their 2017 debut album Love in the 4th Dimension - recorded at the same time as the group was on backing band duties for Marika Hackman - got them a Mercury Award nomination and a secret slot at Glastonbury in 2019. The following record, 2020’s Walking Like We Do, has also helped the band garner two NME Award nominations. They’re on the rise and we know we’re in for a treat.
