PLASTIC MERMAIDS

Hailing from the Isle of Wight, Plastic Mermaids have been making waves since March 2014, when they released their debut EP Drømtorp to much critical acclaim. Several triumphant confetti-covered shows later and they have now finished recording their second full-length album Suddenly Everyone Explodes.

The band are renowned for their electrifying live performances - handmade sets, lasers, projections, samples from films, invited string sections and choirs join them on stage. Once they blew (literally) their entire gig fee on a confetti cannon to fire 4kg of coloured paper over the audience at the end of their set. So you can imagine how excited we are for their show here.
