Always wished Larmer Tree lasted a bit longer?
Well come and enjoy a week-long Larmer Tree Staycation! This includes a Tuesday ticket (just added!) plus a 5-day ticket for the festival and means you can arrive from 11am on Monday 13th July for a week’s tent camping in our Comfy Camping area. By day you can explore the delights of the South and in the evenings gather around the campfire and soak up the atmosphere! Find out more about your festival holiday here.
A youth ticket is for anyone aged 11-17 years. Youth and child tickets may be purchased separately over the phone, but under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (so we’ll want to check details of the related adult booking). Photo ID may be required on arrival at the festival. There is a limit of two youth tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and youths at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times.
A child’s ticket is for anyone aged 5-10 years. Youth and child tickets may be purchased separately over the phone, but under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (so we’ll want to check details of the related adult booking). There is no limit for child tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and youths at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times. Parents can collect a wristband for their children from the Missing & Found Children’s Tent on which they can write their mobile phone number.
Under 5s ticket
Under 5s are free! For the first time this year you’ll need to book a ticket for any little Larmers in your group, but there’s still nothing to pay. By introducing a ticket we have a much better idea of how many little ones there’ll be enjoying the workshops and sessions specially tailored to under 5s (and how many Mums and Dads will be making use of our baby and toddler-friendly facilities). Parents can collect a wristband for their children from the Missing & Found Children’s Tent on which they can write their mobile phone number.
Deposit scheme – SORRY, SOLD OUT!
We’re introducing the deposit scheme for 2015 as an affordable, accessible way for those who need to save up for their or their family’s tickets to secure them and make their payments manageable. Book your tier one tickets and make the first payment of just one third of the total cost of your tickets plus a £10 admin fee, then save for the second payment of the remaining two thirds which must be paid over the phone (and by the same person) anytime up until 8.30pm Thursday 30th April 2015. Find full details of the scheme here.
You’ll also need to buy the relevant day/multi-day parking or van pass for each vehicle, caravan (brought or hired), campervan, trailer tent or other live-in vehicle. Cars pulling caravans/trailer tents won’t need an additional parking pass as they will be covered by the van pass that you buy. If you’re travelling by motorbike, you won’t need a parking pass.
A day parking / van pass is valid for the same duration as a day ticket (i.e. from 9am on your arrival day to 11am the next morning), and so will cover you for an overnight stay!
Where possible, you should buy your parking pass at the same time as your tickets (to avoid a second transaction fee). It is cheaper to buy a multi-day pass if you are staying 2+ days (with a car) or 3+ days (with a van).
There is an increased cost for vehicle passes bought on site, so please make sure you book your passes in advance.
