Booking Info

***Below is 2015 information, we’ll be updating our website with all the latest on Larmer Tree 2016 soon*** (how exciting!)

Box office
You can call the box office on 023 8071 1820. The box office phone lines are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 8.30pm (except Friday: 10am – 8.30pm).

Booking options
You can buy tickets online here, over the phone on 023 8071 1820, by post, or in person at the box office (Mayflower Theatre, Commercial Road, Southampton SO15 1GE).

Transaction fee
This year, rather than a booking fee per ticket, there is a single £2.50 charge per transaction (not per ticket) for bookings made online, in person or by telephone whether paid in cash or by card. So make sure you book your festival programmes and vehicle passes with your tickets, so you only pay this once!

Your tickets
You should receive a booking confirmation via e-mail within 20 minutes or so of booking your tickets. This is proof of your purchase and must be kept safe. You should then receive a separate e-mail with your e-tickets and passes attached as a PDF shortly after. The tickets email will be sent by our box office, Out & About. If the email doesn’t arrive, first please check your junk mail folder before contacting the box office on 023 8071 1820.

Early Bird tickets
A limited number of 2015 tickets were available for sale at the special Early Bird price. If you were one of the lucky ones who bagged early bird tickets, then don’t forget you will also need to buy your parking passes and programmes (they weren’t on sale with the early bird tickets).

Under 18s
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure you purchase child/youth and adult tickets together as we can’t allow online sales of child or youth tickets only. To ensure youths are properly supervised at the festival a maximum of two youth tickets may be bought per adult. Please contact the box office if you need to purchase more than this. Ages 0-4 go free but from this year you’ll need to book a ticket for them.

Deposit scheme – Sorry, sold out!
We’re introducing the deposit scheme for 2015 as an affordable, accessible way to secure your tickets and make your payments manageable. Book your tier one tickets and make the first payment of just one third of the total cost of your booking plus a £10 admin fee.  Then save for the second payment of the remaining two thirds which must be paid over the phone (and by the same person) anytime up until 8.30pm Thursday 30th April 2015. Find full details of the scheme here.

People with disabilities and their carers
We are pleased to be offering carer tickets again this year, but we will be operating a slightly different booking process. If you’re eligible and would like a carer’s ticket, you should book and pay for your own ticket first (along with any others in your group). You can do this through our box office online, over the phone on 023 8071 1820 or in person. When booking your ticket, please indicate that you’d like a carer’s ticket or have additional needs (explained below).

Whilst you are booking your tickets, you will be reminded about booking a programme or vehicle pass. At the bottom of that page is a link for you to make an Additional needs request. Just click on this link and add a number into the box. This will flag up with the box office to pass us your details. We’ll then contact you sometime in March for proof of your eligibility, and to find out about any other access requirements you may have. Once we’ve received the details from you, we’ll be able to issue your free carer’s ticket and your specific pass for disabled camping and/or parking.

Please click here for more info on how to book tickets and space in our accessible camping and parking areas.

Refunds & resales
We can’t offer refunds on tickets nor can we re-sell tickets if you can no longer use them, so double-check all the details before you purchase!

Programmes ordered in advance
Festival Programmes are now on sale. Order your programme in advance and it will be posted to you in late June 2015 – so you can plan your festival before you even arrive!

Opening times
The festival opens from 3pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am Thursday – Sunday. If you’ve bought a holiday ticket, you’ll be able to set up camp from 11am Monday. Latest arrival by 10.30pm each night. Entertainment goes on until midnight on Tuesday, 2am on Wednesday and Thursday, and 4am Friday-Sunday.

Arrival date
You’ll need a valid ticket for the day you’re arriving to get into the campsite/festival site, see our Travel & Arrival page for more info.

Comfy Camping
This is an exclusive field for Holiday Ticket-holders and those who’ve booked with one of our Comfy Camping providers.  Check out our Comfy Camping page for more info. Don’t forget, you’ll need to book your festival tickets and passes too! Subject to space, we can allow additional people to camp in this area where they are joining another group, for example the majority of the family are holiday camping from Monday and Aunty Sue only has a 5-day ticket but would like to camp with the others when she arrives on Wednesday. This needs to be agreed in advance, so please contact the Festival Office (details below).

Please contact the festival via e-mail at info@larmertreefestival.co.uk. You can call the Festival Office on 01725 552300 (open 9am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm Mon-Fri), but we love getting e-mails and check our inbox regularly so try that first!
