The first official Larmer Tree bike ride is open for booking, offering the chance to cycle from Bournemouth to Larmer Tree on Thursday 19th July, taking in 37 miles of some of the most beautiful Dorset and Wiltshire countryside on route. All your bags will be taken to the festival by van, and there is even optional transport back to Bournemouth for you and your bike when the festival ends.
If you’re considering getting on your bike, now’s the time to take advantage of a brilliant range of rewards up for grabs. We are currently offering a 10% discount on your festival ticket when you book your bike ride, as well as a free programme and a complimentary hot shower and drink on arrival so you can start your festival feeling refreshed. Not only that, but the first 10 people to book will be treated to a meal of their choice from one of our delicious food concessions! What more could you need to start your festival in style?
You can even take the opportunity to raise some money for a good cause, by asking for cycling sponsorship from friends and family!
Elsewhere in cycling news, our very own Rob Challice will once again be taking to the saddle to raise money for the official Larmer Tree charity partner, Julia’s House. The Big Ride begins at Larmer Tree Gardens on 8th July, and takes in over 100 miles across Wiltshire and Dorset. Rob has had fantastic fundraising success in the past, and we wish him the very best for this year.
