Weekend Festival ticket: 19th-22nd July 2018
Entry to the festival from Thursday 19th July at 3pm, with tent camping included (entry to campsites from 3pm Thursday, or 9am Friday to Sunday). On Thursday night we’ll be starting the festival with an intimate party feel and only the venues in The Village will be open. The Gardens will open from 9am on Friday.
Day tickets will not be on sale until the spring and will be subject to availability. These tickets will get you entry to the festival on the specified day, and includes tent camping for that evening. Please note, you are not able to camp the night before stated on your day ticket.
This ticket is required for anyone 18 years or above.
A youth ticket is for anyone aged 11-17 years. Under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (so we’ll want to check details of the related adult placing the booking). Photo ID may be required on arrival at the festival. There is a limit of three youth or child tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and young people at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times.
Child ticket (Free)
A child’s ticket is for anyone aged 0-10 years. There is nothing to pay, but you’ll still need to book a ticket for any little Larmers in your group. There is a limit of three youth or child tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and young people at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times. Parents can collect a wristband for their children from the Missing & Found Children’s Tent on which they can write their mobile phone number.
Tickets for personal assistants or carers
We offer a free ticket for a personal assistant accompanying someone who is registered disabled.
Personal assistant passes and accessible facilities are primarily for those who are registered disabled, so you’re automatically eligible if you can provide a copy of your Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Access Card (for a personal assistant ticket) or Blue Badge (for accessible camping or parking).
You will need to purchase your ticket and parking pass online, and you will be prompted to register your details for a free ticket at the checkout. Once you’ve provided us with evidence of your disability, we will issue the complimentary personal assistant pass.
PLEASE NOTE: Once we are on-site (from 9th July) we very busy. So if you have an access request, please email email@example.com and we’ll do our best to get back to you. Please title the email ‘Access Request For Attention of Briony’
You can also obtain a complimentary personal assistant ticket on the gate if you arrive with someone who is registered disabled, and has a valid ticket. Again, we will need you to provide appropriate evidence, as stated above.

We want to make coming to Larmer Tree as affordable as possible and if you’ve got a tight budget our part-payment plan could be a great option for you.
Subject to availability, for 2018 you can opt to pay for your tickets in two manageable chunks:
- 50% of your ticket price plus full booking fee and parking/van pass when you book
- Remaining balance will be due by 31st May 2018
PLEASE NOTE: Part payment is not available for Early Bird or Day tickets.
The second payment installment is made online following a friendly reminder – we don’t want anyone to miss out! However, once the final deadline has passed, if you haven’t paid the outstanding amount you will lose your tickets and deposit (deposit payments are non-refundable). So once you’ve paid the deposit, get those dates in your diary.
You’ll also need to buy the relevant car or van pass for each vehicle you bring, including caravan (bought or hired), campervan, trailer tent or any other live-in vehicle. Cars pulling caravans/trailer tents won’t need an additional parking pass as they will be covered by the van pass that you buy.
If you’re travelling by motorbike, you won’t need a parking pass.
A day car/van pass is valid for the same duration as a day ticket (ie from 9am on your arrival day to 11am the next morning), and so will cover you for an overnight stay.
Where possible, you should buy your parking/van pass at the same time as your tickets. There is an increased cost for vehicle passes bought on site, so please make sure you book your passes in advance.
