Weekend Festival ticket – Entry from Thursday 19th July at 3pm. On Thursday night we’ll be starting the Festival with an intimate party feel in The Village. The Gardens will open from 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tent camping is included from Thursday, and we ask you to leave the site by midday on Monday.
Day tickets – Entry to the Festival on the specified day, including tent camping for that evening. Please note, you are not able to camp the night before stated on your day ticket.
Day tickets will be on sale late spring, and are subject to availability
Adult ticket – Anyone 18 years or above.
Youth/Child tickets – There is a limit of three youth/child tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and young people at the Festival are the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times. Under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (we will check booking details). Photo ID may be required.
Youth – Anyone aged 11-17 years at the time of the Festival.
Child – Anyone aged 0-10 years. These are FREE but still must be booked. Parents can collect a wristband for their children from the Missing & Found Children’s Tent on which they can write their mobile phone number.
Personal Assistants/Carers – We offer a free ticket for a Personal Assistant (PA) accompanying someone who is registered disabled. Personal Assistant (PA) tickets and accessible facilities are primarily for those who are registered disabled, so you’re automatically eligible if you can provide a copy of your Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Access Card (for a personal assistant ticket) or Blue Badge (for accessible camping or parking).
First you need to buy your ticket and vehicle pass, then email email@example.com to request a free PA ticket, or to arrange accessible camping or parking. You will need to be able to provide evidence (as listed above) on arrival at the Festival entrance. If you are not able to provide this, you may be denied entry to the Festival. Find out more about Accessibility here.
Part-payment plan – We want to make coming to Larmer Tree as affordable as possible and if you’ve got a tight budget our part-payment plan could be a great option for you. Subject to availability, you can opt to pay for your tickets in two manageable chunks:
- 50% of your ticket price plus full booking fee and parking/van pass when you book
- remaining balance will be due by 31st May 2018
The second payment installment is made online following a friendly reminder – we don’t want anyone to miss out! However, once the final deadline has passed, if you haven’t paid the outstanding amount you will lose your tickets and deposit (deposit payments are non-refundable). Click here to buy your tickets through our deposit scheme.
Please note: part-payment is not available for Day tickets
Vehicle passes – You’ll need to buy the relevant car or van pass for each vehicle you bring, including caravan (bought or hired), campervan, trailer tent or any other live-in vehicle. If you’re travelling by motorbike, you won’t need one. Cars pulling caravans/trailer tents won’t need an additional parking pass as they will be covered by the Van pass that you buy.
Weekend Car/Van – Covers your vehicle from Thursday to Monday.
Day Car/Van – Valid for the same duration as your Day ticket (ie from 9am on your arrival day to 11am the next morning).
Please note: Pre-booked vehicle passes are cheaper than buying on site.
