Tier 2 Weekend Festival tickets are now on sale and are available online at any time of day. Or call The TicketSellers to book over the phone 0121 472 6688.
Booking fees – A 3.5% booking fee applies per ticket for all bookings. This covers the cost of the booking service and all the other costs associated with ticketing.
Your tickets – You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking as proof of purchase, which must be kept safe. You’ll receive another email nearer the Festival, with a link to download e-tickets for entry to the Festival.
Under 18s – All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure you buy child/youth and adult tickets together as we can’t allow sales of separate child or youth tickets. A maximum of three of these tickets may be bought per adult. Children under the age of 10 are free, but you’ll still need to book a ticket for them.
Part-payment plan – Subject to availability, for 2018 you can opt to pay for your tickets in two manageable chunks. Click here for more info.

Refunds and resales – We can’t offer refunds on tickets nor can we re-sell tickets if you can no longer use them, so please double-check the details before you buy.
Pre-ordered Programmes – Festival programmes are available to pre-order. Buy now and your programme will be posted to you by the end of June – so you can plan your fun before you even arrive!
Opening times – The Festival opens from 3pm Thursday and 9am Friday to Sunday. If you’ve bought a Weekend Festival ticket, you’ll be able to set up camp from 3pm Thursday or 9am Friday to Sunday. Latest arrival is by 10.30pm each night. On Thursday 19th we’ll just be opening the Village. The Gardens will open from 9am on Friday.
Arrival date – You’ll need a valid ticket for the day you’re arriving to get into the campsite/festival site.
