Always wished Larmer Tree lasted a bit longer?

Well come and enjoy a week-long Larmer Tree Staycation! This includes a 5-day ticket for the festival and means you can arrive from 11am on Monday 11th July for a week’s tent camping at Camp Rushmore. By day you can explore the delights of the South and in the evenings gather around the campfire and soak up the atmosphere! Find out more about your festival holiday here.

Youth ticket

A youth ticket is for anyone aged 11-17 years. Youth tickets may be purchased separately over the phone, but under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (so we’ll want to check details of the related adult booking). Photo ID may be required on arrival at the festival. There is a limit of three youth, child or under 5s tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and youths at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times.

Child ticket

FREE for 2016! A child’s ticket is for anyone aged 5-10 years. You’ll need to book a ticket for any little Larmers in your group, but there’s nothing to pay. They can be booked separately over the phone when telephone sales go live, but under 18s will not be admitted without an accompanying adult (so we’ll want to check details of the related adult booking). There is a limit of three youth, child or under 5s tickets per adult ticket purchased. All children and youths at the festival are the responsibility of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times. Parents can collect a wristband for their children from the Missing & Found Children’s Tent on which they can write their mobile phone number.

Under 5s ticket

Under 5s are free! You’ll need to book a ticket for any little Larmers in your group, but there’s nothing to pay. This gives us a much better idea of how many little ones there’ll be enjoying the workshops and sessions specially tailored to under 5s (and how many Mums and Dads will be making use of our baby and toddler-friendly facilities).

Part-payment plan

Full details of the scheme can be found here. We want to make coming to Larmer Tree as affordable as possible and if you’ve got a tight budget our part-payment plan could be for you.

Vehicle passes

You’ll also need to buy the relevant day/multi-day parking or van pass for each vehicle, caravan (brought or hired), campervan, trailer tent or other live-in vehicle. Cars pulling caravans/trailer tents won’t need an additional parking pass as they will be covered by the van pass that you buy. If you’re travelling by motorbike, you won’t need a parking pass.
A day parking / van pass is valid for the same duration as a day ticket (ie from 9am on your arrival day to 11am the next morning), and so will cover you for an overnight stay!
Where possible, you should buy your parking pass at the same time as your tickets.

There is an increased cost for vehicle passes bought on site, so please make sure you book your passes in advance.
