2016 Tickets have sold out.
NEW: Top tips for opening your e-tickets – We’ve updated our ticketing system, so it works a little differently from last year. If you’re having any difficulty opening your e-tickets, please try these steps before contacting us.
- Copy and paste the link into your browser
- Check your downloads folder – your e-tickets may have downloaded straight onto your computer without opening
- Make sure you have a PDF reader installed. If not you can download Adobe for free from https://get.adobe.com/reader/?loc=uk
- Check your security settings – your browser or email service might be blocking the hyperlink. Make sure we’re added as a ‘safe sender’ or equivalent
- Close and re-open your email service, and try all of the above again!
If none of the these tips help, please drop us an email and we’ll get our ticketing friends on the case! You’ll need to state your name and order number, and let us know what you’ve tried.
You can buy tickets online, or over the phone with our telephone box office.
You can book tickets online at any time. For our telephone box office, managed by our friends at Leicester Square Theatre, call 01722 581 000. The box office phone lines are open 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
A 3.5% booking fee applies per ticket for online bookings, 7% for bookings made over the phone, so please consider buying online. This covers the cost of the booking service, credit and debit card commissions and all the other costs associated with ticketing.
You should receive a confirmation email with details of your booking as proof of purchase, which must be kept safe. You’ll receive a later email (sent in mid June 2016) with a link to download e-tickets and passes for entry to the Festival. Both emails will come from Larmer Tree Festival. If either email doesn’t arrive, first please check your junk mail folder before emailing us at email@example.com.
Super early-bird tickets
A limited number of 2016 tickets were available for sale at the special super early-bird price exclusively to those who had pre-registered.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure you buy child/youth and adult tickets together as we can’t allow online sales of child or youth tickets only. A maximum of three of these tickets may be bought per adult. Please contact the festival office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to more than this. Children and under 5s go free but you’ll still need to book a ticket for them.
Find out more here about buying your tickets and paying for them in manageable chunks spread across the year.
Find out more here about booking tickets for personal assistants (carers) or arranging space in our accessible camping and parking areas.
Refunds and resales
We can’t offer refunds on tickets nor can we re-sell tickets if you can no longer use them, so double-check the details before you buy!
Programmes ordered in advance
Festival programmes are now available to pre-order. Order your programme in advance and it will be posted to you in late June 2016 – so you can plan your festival before you even arrive!
The festival opens from 3pm Wednesday and 9am Thursday to Sunday. If you’ve bought a holiday ticket, you’ll be able to set up camp from 11am Monday. Latest arrival is by 10.30pm each night. Entertainment goes on until 2am on Wednesday and Thursday, and 4am Friday-Sunday.
You’ll need a valid ticket for the day you’re arriving to get into the campsite/festival site.
This is an exclusive field for Holiday Ticket-holders and those who’ve booked with one of our Comfy Camping providers. Don’t forget, you’ll need to book your festival tickets and passes too! Subject to space, we can allow additional people to camp in this area where they are joining another group, for example the majority of the family are holiday camping from Monday and Aunty Sue only has a 5-day ticket but would like to camp with the others when she arrives on Wednesday. This needs to be agreed in advance, so please email the festival office, email@example.com.
